I approached this drawing wanting to make the most feminine representation of this great saint as I could! The dainty detailed lines coupled with the pale blue stripes and floral vines helped me accomplish this. Yet she (and her horse) are strong and confident in the mission the Lord asked her to embark upon.
This artwork would be lovely in a girl’s room who may have a special love for Saint Joan of Arc or has chosen her as a confirmation saint. It would also make a great gift for a girl who has Saint Joan of Arc as her namesake!
